Tonight's Meeting: March 15, 2016

The discussion was lively and we touched on many subjects including:
- How brain chemistry encourages group interaction
- The fact that this particular book is a good introduction to the general concept of mindfulness, includes useful descriptions, and is a great guide for those beginning a meditation practice
- The fact that contentedness is emphasized, and that relationships are essential for us to thrive
I was also reminded at tonight's meeting that I have thus far neglected to post the official mission and goals statement to this blog, so that follows:
